WHAT SHOULD I EXPECTÂ DURING MY MASSAGE TREATMENT?
On your first appointment we will discuss your consultation form and your expectations for the treatment. Together we will decide which areas need particular attention, what pressure you like and your relaxation goals. It is worth letting me know at this stage if you have any ares that you don't wish to be touched e.g feet, abdomen. Please let me know if you would like to talk during your treatment. As a rule I encourage you to fully switch off and tune out but it is your treatment and I will be lead by you. I do occasionally check in during the treatment to check that the pressure is suitable.
I will leave the room allowing you to undress and get comfortable on the couch, towels and blankets will be provided by me. Most treatments will require you to undress to your underwear. During the treatment I will only expose the area that is being worked on.
If during your treatment you are uncomfortable or require more/less pressure, please do let me know..we are in this together after all.
Once we are ready to start I will ask you to do some deep breathing and perform some gentle stretches over the towel.
When the treatment has come to an end I will ask you to take a final deep breath. I will then leave the room, giving you time to get up slowly and dress. I will return with a glass of water and we can discuss aftercare.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MYÂ TREATMENT?
The only thing you need to do is be ready to relax. You may want to wear loose clothing that is easy to remove pre and post treatment...but thats it!
CAN I BUY A TREATMENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Of course. I offer gift vouchers for a value of your choice or for a specific treatment. Vouchers can be posted directly or collected at your convenience. Alternatively I can email an e-voucher.
PAYMENT
I accept cash or bank transfer for treatments along with in date gift vouchers.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Appointments are only confirmed once I have received your treatment requirements along with your contact details.
Please give at least 24hrs notice if you are cancelling or need to rearrange your appointment. Less than 24hrs will require payment in full. After 2 appointment amendments a 50% deposit will be required for future appointments.
Consultation forms must be completed prior to treatment.
